Russell Hicks has developed a passion for fighting property tax injustices. Having worked in property tax for over 15 years, he is experienced in the Texas Property Tax Code and has developed strong working relationships with local appraisal districts. He has handled thousands of informal, formal and binding arbitration hearings in counties throughout the State of Texas and is well regarded for his expertise in property tax. Russell has a BBA from the University of Houston and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He holds a Texas Senior Property Tax Consulting license and a Texas Real Estate license. He is a member of the Texas and National Association of Realtors.
